This CALTRANS project entailed the planning of various ADA and pedestrian circulation improvements along a two-mile stretch of Pacific Coast Highway that connects a variety of public and private properties in this beach community.

During the PA & ED stage, Jaime Sandoval provided the team with guidance during the planning phase to obtain client approvals for key views and materials to be used in virtual simulations. Jaime then followed by conducting on-site inventory and photography of the key views in preparation to build 3D models to be used in final simulations that were used for project approvals and promotion. Additionally, Mr. Sandoval was part of the public outreach team for the project that included an open forum and providing informational material for public dissemination.
